At the same time we released Panda Cloud Antivirus Beta3 we also published a new website with two interesting new services; a Collective Intelligence Activity Monitor and user-driven Technical Support Forum.
I really encourage all of you to start using the Support Forums as we have our entire Cloud Antivirus project teams from support, QA and development participating and looking forward to interact with you guys.

@John Of course you can uninstall it. What problem or error are you getting exactly?
I have panda cloud antivirus installed..it has deleted most of the viruses on the PC except for one. In the scan it picks up the W32/slenfBot.AD.worm located in windows\system32\drivers\ecrutchu.sys but can’t neutralise it. I can’t then access the recommended solution link as the virus stops me from connecting to panda cloud webpages.
It asks to do system restart which I do but a subsequent scan shows the same worm problem in same location.
I have noticed that even in safemode windows start that ecrutchu.sys loads
Can you help with a cure for this problem?….btw I am connecting here via my laptop which is not infected

@david owen Can you start in safe mode, make a copy of the file (windows\system32\drivers\ecrutchu.sys) and send it to us (pedro.bustamante@pandasecurity.com)? After sending it, try deleting it from the safe mode.
I installed this surperb product and it help me lot. But after 2 weeks due to frequent power shut down I loss it’s activation and then after I could not got active it. It shows internet connectivity problem even I have fine connnectivity. I can not remove the entry from right handed process bar and so why I can not install it back or repair it. Please help me to resolve the issue. Thanks
@patel irfan Please uninstall & reinstall. The power failures probably damaged a configuration file.
hiiiii,i m using it long time but suddenly now it iz not wrking ,even i install it and install it but now when installation start it come in another language and after that comes cancel option even i download other antivirus from panda but still not working so plz help me out..

I hate to post a help request on a blog comment, but I’m unable to create accounts through the standard channel. What’s worse is that I get a very non-specific error and have not found any other posts in the forum that are similar.
I really like this product and would like to install it on more of my clients’ machines.

my panda cloud has stopped working.
“unexpected error. error code 11″
the “send us a suggestion” link doesn’t work.
and it won’t let me uninstall it either.
any ideas?

Hi Pedro,
I have had Panda cloud on for about two weeks now,
Every time I switch computer on, Panda Cloud is always stopped,
No biggy, just start it usually , but today it hasn’t started, if I right-click the icon in the corner, It has Resolve problems (1), which then goes to “There are no problems” splash screen,
Still says in the corner “The antivirus has been stopped”???
Is there a way to resolve this and make it stay on?
